This is the place they will scout for new creative talents. He said, "While the journey of Uni life is finishing, the career journey is just starting soon".

The showcase opening ceremony follows with a token of appreciation ceremony, given to industry partners, sponsors and media partners. Following that, awards were given out to the students for their outstanding academic performances.

The Showcase from a Wide Angle

The whole iN Design Lab was used for this showcase, whereby the showcase of the students' works, were spread across different areas of the floor based on expertise. While we're at that, let's take a look at some of the student's works.

1) Karina Boltenkova

Karina's project was special, as Karina hails from Russia. As someone who's new to Malaysia, she had challenges navigating Malaysia's grand landscape. This brought her the idea to create an AR Riddle Game that speaks about Malaysia's cultures and introduces Malaysia through Gamification.

2) Yassier Eid

Yassier's project was a game design, whereby, he took the creative inspiration from games like Elder Scrolls and Elden Ring. Just like the famous games, it was a Role Playing Game (RPG). Yassier took the time to code the game and using the Unity engine to create the game.

3) Naomi Benita Sudradjat

Naomi is part of the Diploma in graphic design course. Her project is inspired by the Gen Z term, "Touch Grass", which is a terminology for doing outdoor activities. This project is themed as awareness towards green lifestyle, using leaves and grass as the main element in the design.

4) Lee Yon

Lee Yon's project is inspired by Role Playing Games (RPG) as well. However, his project uses teddy bears as the main characters. While it's not a game, it's an inspiration to 3D Character design. These characters were shown in 3D Printed models as well during the showcase.

Throughout the showcase, the students got to present their work to the visitors and industry partners. This gave the visitors an insight to what the next generation of creative talents can create.

Thank you INTI International University for the invite to be a media partner, of your annual design showcase. It was truly a new insight towards the future of the talents in creative design.
