In-House Creative (Brand, Content & Social)

We are looking for a Malaysia-based In-House Creative to join Jaedals as we grow our brand regionally. This role will be remote and work-from-home for now, with plans to open a Malaysia office later this year as the brand continues to expand.
This role is ideal for a creatively strong, trend-aware individual with a sharp eye for aesthetics, branding and storytelling, who is confident working remotely today and excited to grow into a more collaborative, in-person setup in the near future.
You will play a key role in shaping Jaedals’ visual identity and content strategy for Malaysia, while working closely with the founder and coordinating with the Singapore team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced startup role that requires initiative, ownership and strong creative judgement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain Jaedals’ brand identity and visual consistency across all creative outputs
  • Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches and trends
  • Ideate and lead creative campaigns from concept to execution
  • Create, edit and manage photo and video content for social and digital platforms
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt relevant ones to the brand
  • Design or oversee weekly EDMs and campaign visuals
  • Create synergy content that aligns Malaysia and Singapore markets
  • Lead and manage interns, designers or contributors remotely
  • Ensure quality control across all creative and content deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on creative direction and brand growth

Job Requirements
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, branding and visual storytelling
  • Experience in creative, content, branding or social media roles
  • Confident in videography, photography and editing
  • Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and content trends
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
  • Comfortable leading and coordinating teams virtually
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple projects
  • Passion for fashion, lifestyle and brand building
  • Interested in growing long-term with a startup brand
