REKA Design Week 2026 (RDW2026) is a multi-day design festival organised by the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID), featuring curated design showcases, installations, talks, student competitions, networking activities, Open Studios and city-wide design activations.
RDW2026 is aimed for greater appreciation of interior design and demonstrate how design can improve everyday life, communities and the built environment. Under the theme “Designing Dignity”, RDW2026 explores how thoughtful design can create spaces that respect people, culture, identity and the environment. Organised by MIID, the event brings together interior designers, architects, design professionals, students, universities, brands, industry partners, creative communities and the general public.

Date: 17–20 September 2026,
Venue: Pavilion Arena (Level 4 & 5), Pavilion Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
Supported by pre-event programmes and activations taking place throughout August and September 2026.
Complemented by participating design studios and creative destinations across Kuala Lumpur through programmes such as Open Studio and Rakan Reka.
Come and experience design beyond the conventional exhibition through immersive installations, product and material showcases, inspiring talks, student showcases, competitions, networking sessions, interactive activities, studio visits, city tours and the Rakan Reka Stamp Hunt. Whether you are a designer, student or simply curious about creativity, there is something for everyone to discover.
