RTIST OFFICE, GMBB, KL: 20 June 2025, Rtist Creative Platform welcomed the Graphic Design Students from Malaysian Institute of Arts, for an exciting and inspiring visit filled with creativity, real-world insights, and jobseeking how-to's that aren't found in textbooks.
Led by Miss Haw Lee Chin, Deputy Head of Visual Communication of MIA, they decided to swing by for a field trip to prep for their internships 1 semester from now.
Rtist team started off the visitation with a warm welcome from Cynthia and Nigel, and moving to a sharing session, spilling the beans on what Rtist Platform has to offer. Cynthia shared how Rtist Platform streamlines the process, making it a breeze for creatives to showcase their portfolios and connect with potential employers hassle-free.
During the Q&A session at the end of the sharing session, Nigel provided some insights about the current landscape of the creative job market.
Our founder, Tony Chua, who is also MIA's alumni, gave a motivational advise to the students who are at the end of their university life during the closing stages of the sharing session, and initiated a tour of the 7th floor of the GMBB building, where the Rtist Malaysia office is located.
We're immensely grateful to Miss Lee Chin and the MIA team for choosing Rtist Malaysia as a destination for their field trip. It's always a pleasure to open our doors to young, eager minds and share our passion for creativity and innovation.
As the students bid farewell, we couldn't help but feel a sense of pride knowing that we had played a small part in shaping the future of Malaysia's creative landscape. Here's to the bright futures of these talented individuals, and to many more inspiring visits to come. Until next time, keep creating! 🎨✨
