ULTIMATE EVENT SPACE, PJ26 July 2025 (Saturday). It was an eventful weekend for the university creative courses, as the Digital Media Design students of Saito University College held their showcase in Ultimate Event Space in Petaling Jaya. This showcase consisted of 10 students projects that was shown throughout Friday 25th to Saturday 26th of July 2025.

This showcase marks the students' last adventure together before the head out for their internships soon and a chance to showcase everything they've learnt throughout their time at Saito University College.

All the students had up to 5 digital media design elements, showcased in this event. Such as, UI/UX Design, Digital Illustration, Game Design, Digital Booklet and Visual Art.

Let's take a look at some of the students' works

1) M. Fatih (Rtist: https://www.rtist.co/fatihs

Fatih's works have a mix of digital illustration and digital booklet of Mazda cars. Fatih is a fan of Mazda cars, which is why, he created a booklet that talks about the history of Mazda's great cars and it's specifications. Other projects include, a Mental Health app for his UI/UX project, whereby in the app, the users can talk about their day with AI without any judgement.

2) Shavindran A/L Ravintharan

Shavindran was super proud of his game design, and he has every right to be proud. His game did take some time to make, as it's a Role Playing Game (RPG) sandbox world type of game. He's used a great amount of coding, time and navigating the Unity game engine to build this game. His other projects included an app for practicing new languages with gamification involved.

3) Yip Wan Leng (Rtist: https://www.rtist.co/yipwanleng)

This was Wan Leng's biggest project yet, an app that allows users to keep track of their health and also monitor their parents' health from afar. The app was designed with elder user friendliness in mind, by making sure the onboarding process is easy to start and finish.

4) Lee Weng Wah (Rtist Profile: https://www.rtist.co/wengwah)

Weng Wah's project in the showcase was mainly the UI/UX Design of a financial management app. It's designed to be user friendly so that the users can easily track their finances via the app. The app also shows lots of FAQs by the community to help with financial management.

5) Liew Wei Ling

Wei Ling's project in the showcase was more towards digital illustration incorporated into app gamification. Majority of her projects were digital illustration of various characters. Meanwhile, her game is a match & erase style, which most of the design was illustrated by Wei Ling herself.
