Print Production Coordination & Artwork Management
Ensure all artwork is print-ready, correctly sized, and suited to the production method (e.g., screen printing, sublimation). Prepare complete print job sheets including artwork, garment details, colour codes, and printing specs. Maintain proper record-keeping of artwork approvals, job sheets, and delivery notes to support smooth production flow.
Order Processing & Supplier Liaison
Receive and verify confirmed orders, customer artwork requirements, and deadlines. Coordinate with external printing vendors for stock delivery, sample approval, production progress, and on-time order fulfilment. Act as the main point of contact for printers, resolving artwork or technical issues promptly.
Administrative & Marketing Support
Work closely with the admin team on documentation, invoicing, and record filing. Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotional activities such as exhibitions, catalogues, social media, showroom displays, and photo shoots.
