### Job Description
I work as a Graphic Designer at IQI Global, an award-winning international real estate agency with a presence in more than 30 countries.
My primary responsibility is to create marketing and promotional artwork for IQIās property agents and teams across Asian markets. This includes property flyers, project advertisements, social media content, event materials, exhibition campaigns, and complete visual artwork sets for property launches, roadshows, and expos.
I also develop corporate and global branding materials for IQI Global, ensuring that all designs are visually consistent, professional, and aligned with the companyās brand identity. My role involves communicating with internal teams, agents, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate ideas into effective visual concepts, and deliver artwork within the required timelines.
In addition to my full-time role, I occasionally undertake freelance design projects across different industries. These projects allow me to work on a wider range of creative materials, adapt to different brand styles, and strengthen my experience in visual communication, branding, and campaign design.
