Working and scripting numerous AI chatbots that help users apply for loans, credit cards and insurances with ease. On a daily basis I work with programmers and developers to curate and improve our chatbot copy to allow for better understanding by the users. I also work to improve the user experience of the chatbot by collecting data and then analysing the data to completely improve the chatbot experience via various versions of copywriting.

In our team, we also help the Digital Performance Marketing team to create Facebook and Google Ads for the products (chatbots) we create. We curate USPs, work on keywording via Search Console and even come up with visuals for ads.

Selected Accomplishments :

Created my very own chatbot within 3 weeks of joining the company using the studio built by the company with help from programmers. Also learned how to program in Lua.
Improved the chatbot lead to completion rate from 50% to 72% from October 2018 to December 2018
Built chatbots for credit cards like Maybank, RHB, AEON that allowed consumers to have an end-to-end experience with credit card applications
Also built insurance chatbots for companies like RHB, Berjaya Sompo and Allianz
Was also the lead builder for personal loan chatbots for companies like RHB Easy, JCL and KFH
Wrote SOP’s, created reporting sheets for all chatbots and went through all the chatbot transcripts to ensure improvements on a weekly basis
