Creative Services Manager

Primary Objective:
Plan, execute and measure elements of digital content for Ozsale brands and websites. Supervise and direct team of graphic designers, ensuring quality of deliverables. Be familiar with the company objectives, know your contribution and ensure achievement of these.

Key Accountabilities
• Guide the Graphics Team through the ongoing production of sale banners and other digital assets
• Ensure that all deadlines are met and deliverables align with expected quality of work
• Verify that all banners and digital assets created are consistent, thorough and accurate to brief given, with a high level of attention to detail
• Ensuring all social media ads are created and uploaded on to the proper channels
• Communicate and coordinate across the relevant departments to ensure cohesion and consistency of message and design style

Artwork and Graphics
• Producing quality creative concepts, design and layouts which are on brand and on brief
• Composition of sales banner images, photo retouching & other necessary marketing material
• Following brand and style guidelines
• Creating visually inspiring graphics
• Design ad hoc graphic components for Marketing department projects as required
• Discussing the vision and concept of the brief with other designers, buying teams & managers
• Juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines and managing expectations of the Graphics Lead, Buying team and Marketing Director
• Collaborating with other designers and developers as required

Communication
• Ensure relevant departments are kept informed of all graphic components that may affect brand cohesion and consistency
• Ensure graphic designer’s deadlines and quality of deliverables are met
• Ensure development issues are resolved without disruption and cost to company

Teamwork
• Treat all management and fellow team members with respect to support a team environment
and provide high levels of service and support
• Develop professional relationships with your team members to ensure optimal communication, efficiency and productivity
• Participate and contribute to meetings and make suggestions for continuous improvement

General Duties
• Attend to ad hoc duties as requested by your direct manager or the executive team in a diligent and timely manner
• Actively lead by example

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
• Experience and good understanding of timelines, processes and the ability to use Adobe Creative Suite

Education / Experience / Requirements
• Degree in a related field is preferred, additional experience considered
• Thorough understanding of the online/digital media campaign space
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent relationship management skills
