About Me

Primarily, my interests lie in the interpretation, analysis and writing of histories as well as various humanities and social issues. As a history graduate, I have been trained to understand and digest complicated and dense information and to produce ideas and insights by analyzing the information given. I am also experienced in deriving material and data through mostly qualitative but also some quantitative research.

I have been writing throughout my life (short stories, poems, blogs, journals and research papers). I am entirely comfortable and very passionate about putting forth ideas and concepts in the form of writing. A large part of good writing is also good editing. In my job as a student tutor during my years in university, I have discovered my interest and skills in editing students’ research papers and helping them come up with good research topics.

I am also a part-time English tutor with a focus in essay writing.

Aside from writing, my other interests are reading, hiking, swimming, cross-stitching and gardening.
