- Overseeing the visual aspects of a project, ensuring the creative vision is maintained across all mediums.
- Leading the overall creative direction of a project, including managing teams of designers, photographers, and retouchers.

- Liaise with 3D artist, photo bashing, merge, blend photograph or 3D assets in gaming industry such as PUBG, Onmyoji, and also advertising industry if required background or elements in 3D blend into one complete visual artwork.
- Applied Image editing skills on talents, beauty, landscape, building, automobile, product of FMCG, food, electronics, etc and provide color enhancement as required by clients.
- Digital Compositing with creative photo manipulation.
- Image retouching such as compositing, object or blemish removal, drop shadow, replacing background, cropping, and color correction.
- Other responsibilities included researching and purchasing from stock photo website as well as selecting and presenting moodboard to clients for project purpose.
- Draft & create mood-board for clients to select the right material for each project.
Created hand-drawn illustrations and transforming raw images into paintings, illustration, semi realistic and other works of art. for marketing and advertisement use.
- Provide training for Junior.
- On-site liaise with photographer, producer and clients to draft composition for project initiation approval.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to complete the project.
