As a UI UX Designer with OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, I usually worked on cross projects at once (some individual, with team and leading team. I am a creative thinker with strong attention to detail and also a team player who is able to work effectively with other members of a team. I am detail oriented and possess strong project management skills. I have over 7 years of experience in UI UX Design (including User Interface Design, UI Prototyping, UX Research, Interaction Design, UX Writing, Mobile User Experience Design, Website UI Design, Dashboard User Experience Design) and over 9 years of experience in graphic design.

Responsibilities:
- Lead UI UX design projects from research to final design prototypes. Work in a cross-team environment to deliver ideas and outputs.
- Establish design system, ensuring the design outcome meet company brand guideline.
- Provide screen flow that visualise journey logic, communicate design using wireframes and high-fidelity clickable figma prototypes. Align and validate interactive prototypes with product owner and developer.
- Conduct research to better understand user needs. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, break down complex problems into simple solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing / focus group to validate design, analysing results to optimize user experience and engagement.

Other achievements / award:
- Offer a role to be the Branding & Publicity Leader of the OCBC Operation & Technology division Corporate Social Responsibility’s effort by leading a small team to work on OCBC corporate brand identity design. I worked with my team members to design and produce merchandise and various publicity / marketing materials for OCBC CSR. I produce and orchestrate the creative direction of brand merchandise, while making sure we deliver on time and under budget.
- Nominated to be the Publicity Team Leader of the OCBC Regional Development Centre (MY) Fun Team. I guide junior members on branding and design related work, while adhere to timeline and budget.
- OCBC Spot-On! Award for contribution on mural wall illustration design & corporate identity design for OCBC CSR effort and outstanding UI UX Design for WFI New Product System.
