Organized a branding audit with stakeholders such as UNICEF, Teach For Malaysia, and students of the organization to better understand the direction the branding should take and the actions needed to achieve it. Grew the organization's social media reach across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, leading to over 10,000 students impacted over 2 years. Through branding audit, designed and launched the branding of Young Educators Challenge (https://kitaconnect.org/young-educators-challenge-2024/) during the COVID Pandemic, a nationwide competition that flipped the classroom and allowed students to become teachers and develop their own ways of teaching online with a chance to win a full scholarship to Sunway University - a program that still runs to this day
