• Spearheaded multiple design sprints with four developers to redesign various mobile apps (Hyred, HyredZasss, HyredPro, Hoophood) and websites (Gerakan Ekonomi Malaysia, Hyred.my, Belia Digital Desa, In Our Hood) within a week for each project, ensuring alignment with users’ needs and business goals.
• Designed and launched impactful e-commerce and grant application platforms, such as In Our Hood, resulting in a 30% boost in sales, and the SME Grant Application website, which achieved a 90% conversion rate.
• Conducted extensive user research through interviews, design sprints with 14 managers from FPMSB, and usability tests with plantation workers and managers. This user-centric design for FELDA’s Field-Gig module in HyredPro led to improved plantation worker satisfaction, with streamlined management processes, resulted in time savings in recruiting workers and security in salary payment.
• Performed A/B testing and action tracking with 10 female participants, representing the majority of Hyred app users, resulting in a 30% increase in user engagement with HyredZasss Services within the app and on the landing page.
• Designed and refined wireframes and prototypes in Figma to accelerate deliverables for usability testing, ensuring a user-friendly experience and feasible for developers.
