Served as a senior lead within a Global Shared Services Center,
driving the UI/UX strategy for a multi-billion dollar market expansion
firm. This role focused on architecting a unified digital ecosystem,
managing large-scale global platforms (dksh.com, DKSHDiscover,
and DKSHLabshop), and bridging the gap between sophisticated
marketing automation (Pardot/Eloqua) and high-end user
experiences.
• Developed comprehensive wireframes and user journey maps
to visualize complex workflows, ensuring a strategic foundation
for UI design and streamlining the development handoff
process.
• Design and animate semi-fidelity interactive prototypes in
Figma to visualize complex user journeys and secure
stakeholder buy-in through realistic functional simulations.

Reason of resign

The company underwent a significant restructure/downsizing that impacted my department, and my role was unfortunately eliminated. I’m now looking to bring my skills in UIUX Designing and Development to a new team where I can hit the ground running.
