I also create design such as poster, festive greeting , promotion marketing, product info, video kind of material for social media usage. My role also often come out with marketing campaign to help to boost up sales and brand awareness. Besides, I manage e-marketplace such as Lazada, 11street and Shopee from product listing, manage orders, parcel packing and send to our logistic partners. On the other hand, I also manage customer' Q&A from social media, and also parcel status and customer feedback from e-marketplaces.
