About Me

Hi,

I'm a writer who's been writing and editing for a living ever since I graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts (Communications and Journalism).

I've been a subeditor for tax and HR publications for Southeast Asia, a features writer and later associate editor for magazine features on food, travel, personality interviews, health and more, and now a communications specialist in a telecommunications company dealing with the enterprise segment.

One of the strengths of being proficient in a communication language (English, in this case) means that I can adapt it to suit any style or requirement. I derive more enjoyment from telling stories, but over the course of my work it's occurred to me that every communication has a story that needs telling. Whether it's a new product launch or a new menu, my job is to find a way to tell that story in a way that makes sense to the reader, and I enjoy that challenge.
