DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learning On-The-Job on how to plan, design, execute, manage and evaluate the entire Digital Marketing Campaigns on Social Media Platforms such as FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING.
• Research on client’s internal service processes, client’s direct and indirect competitors and also client’s Industry Marketing practices.
• Understanding and formulating Client’s Customer Avatars based on the client’s input.
• Coordinating and managing the different vendors to create and consolidate the necessary Marketing materials such as advertising images, short promo videos, advertising copywriting etc.
• Setting up client’s Facebook, Instagram and Google SEM.
• Run the Ads and conduct Split-Testing on the Ad Campaigns.
• Prepare, execute, manage and optimise Digital Marketing Campaigns.
• In-depth analysis of the Ad Campaign of what works and also necessary suggestions for improvement of the Campaign.
• Generating the client’s Digital Marketing Ad Campaigns Report.
• Manage clients Campaign timeline and ensuring all the deadlines are adhered to between the clients, the vendors and also internally.
• To assist the Directors on occasional Company’s special projects.

REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent attitude and hunger to learn and accept feedbacks.
• Proficient in writing with both Chinese and English languages.
• Good communication skills between internal team and customers.
• Understand and know how to operate on the different Social Media Platforms.
• Ability to use Digital Marketing Ad Campaigns Performance Tracking softwares.
