📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Telegram, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content based on campaign and marketing needs.
• Research video ideas, trends, references, and creative resources from platforms like YouTube and Envato.
• Create videos with strong hooks, good pacing, subtitles, music, transitions, and effects.
• Assist with basic camera, lighting, and audio setup during shoots.
• Use AI tools to speed up video editing, generate ideas, subtitles, voiceovers, and other content.
• Create different video versions and styles for testing and better performance.
• Understand the target audience and create content that supports engagement and sales.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to deliver videos on time and according to the required style.
• Keep video files, footage, and resources organised.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in video editing or videography. Fresh graduates with a good portfolio are welcome.
• Comfortable using Premiere Pro, CapCut/Jian Ying, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of camera, lighting, audio, and video production.
• Good sense of visual design, storytelling, pacing, and creativity.
• Familiar with TikTok, Telegram, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
• Comfortable using AI tools for video and content creation.
• Able to work independently, work fast, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Bonus

• Experience creating video ads or social media content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
• Basic photography skills.
• Experience with e-commerce, product, lifestyle, or marketing videos.
• A strong video portfolio.
