Job Description

Create strong visual content for our resort guests, drive engagement through photography. Selection includes hands-on training and evaluation directly at the resort — you'll learn fast, working within a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

Guest & Resort Shoots

• Photograph guests, families and events with a friendly, professional approach

• Grow into weddings, corporate events and seasonal campaigns as a senior photographer

Post-Production

• Edit and retouch images to brand standards using our own photo editor

Sales & Guest Engagement

• Upsell photo packages on-site, explaining pricing and image rights clearly

• Pitch and host private shooting sessions — turn an everyday holiday moment into a signature experience guests want to book for themselves

• Coordinate scheduling with resort team and events staff to maximise shoot opportunities

• Represent the brand positively with guests and resort teams

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience working in resorts, theme parks, or hospitality required

• Certificate/diploma in photography or related field a plus, not required

• On-field training and selection period at the resort

• Flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Hard Skills

• Practical experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lenses, including low-light shooting

• Basic digital asset organisation and colour correction/editing

• Understanding of composition, exposure, lighting and guest portrait posing

Soft Skills

• Strong English communication; extra languages a plus; patience with guests

• Team-oriented, energetic, open to feedback

• Sales-minded, friendly and non-pushy

• Reliable, detail-oriented, meets delivery deadlines
