Contract 3D Exhibition Designer residing in JB / SG

Contract Rate for talent: RM8000 - 9000/month

The client is looking for an Experienced Freelance Exhibition Designer to join an ongoing exhibition project that is currently in its final design and execution stage.

Our immediate priority is to bring the remaining spatial renders and exhibition design through to completion. 

- only have to on site for meeting with client on every Wednesday at SG 

- work closely with client internal creative team, client and builder to resolve spatial details and ensure the approved creative direction can be translated accurately into the physical space.

- This role is prioritised for Singapore-based applicants who can work closely with the project team over the next 3 months 

Job Responsibility:

* Take over and complete spatial renders for an ongoing exhibition project

* Work from the existing creative direction, AI concept renders and developed designs

* Translate concepts into spatially accurate, realistic and buildable designs

* Work closely with our internal team, client and builder during design development and execution

* Resolve spatial issues based on actual floor plans, dimensions and site constraints

* Plan for human scale, visitor circulation and sightlines

* Consider materials, lighting, fabrication and installation requirements

* Flag designs that may not be feasible and recommend practical alternatives without losing the creative intent

* Produce and refine 3D models in SketchUp and final renders in Enscape

Who we’re looking for:

* Singapore-based and available to support local project coordination

* Professional exhibition design experience, preferably with a Singapore exhibition, museum, events or experiential design firm

* Portfolio must include actual built projects in Singapore

* Strong SketchUp and Enscape skills

* Comfortable joining an existing project and working within an established creative direction

* Able to communicate directly with internal designers, clients, builders and contractors

* Understands how exhibition designs move from render to fabrication and physical execution

*Freelance engagement: 3 months until end of project, project-based
