Trinax is looking for a Junior 3D Exhibition Designer to support our growing exhibition and experiential projects.

You will work across:

• Temporary exhibitions, including events, activations and pop-ups
• Permanent exhibitions, including galleries, visitor experiences and interpretive spaces
  
  

This is a spatial design role, not purely a 3D rendering role.

What you’ll work on

• Translate creative direction into exhibition spaces
• Build accurate 3D environments based on provided floor plans
• Explore the best use of available space
• Design with actual dimensions, human scale and visitor movement in mind
• Develop exhibition structures, displays, feature areas and spatial elements
• Produce renders that communicate materials, lighting, atmosphere and scale
• Support design iterations from concept through development
• Create basic placeholder graphics and environmental graphics where needed

What we’re looking for

1. Background in exhibition, spatial, interior or environmental design
2. Strong spatial and layout sense
3. Able to read floor plans and work with measurements
4. Understands human scale and basic visitor circulation
5. Good eye for composition, materials and lighting
6. Comfortable developing ideas in 3D, rather than only rendering completed designs
7. Open to learning how exhibition concepts translate into real-world builds
   
   

Fresh graduates and junior designers with strong exhibition portfolios are welcome.

Bonus

• Basic Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop skills
• Experience with exhibition, museum, event or experiential projects
• Understanding of fabrication and exhibition materials
