Lorrypop Studio is looking for an experienced senior 3D animator, primarily to create high-quality animations across a range of styles. You will get to contribute to several advertising campaigns, product visuals, branded films, digital content, and large-format displays.

Requirement:

• At least 4 years++ of working experience in an animation-related field.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating commercial-quality 3D animation and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and quality-assure your own work.
• Advanced proficiency in Maya for animation is essential.
• Able to advise and guide the rigger to work simultaneously on each project requirement.  
• Able to create storytelling and ideas based on storyboard briefs, from camera blocking, character posing, and staging to action and editing flow, to final video/film direction.

Bonus Skill:

• Experience in Unreal Engine animation pipeline.
• Experience in Blender/Cinema 4D animation pipeline.
• Experience in rigging and/or technical art skills.

Key responsibilities:

• To guide and lead a team of 3-5 junior animators to work closely on the studio animation project.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to train and share industry knowledge with the juniors while working on the projects.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and creatively driven environment, where projects move quickly, and collaboration is key.
• Providing feedback and advice to team leads with insight into the requirements of the team and potential improvements to the pipeline and animation style.
