Digital Marketing & Sales Intern (Mandarin Speaking)

We’re looking for a fun, responsible and hungry-to-learn intern who wants real hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation and sales — not just doing admin work.

You’ll get the chance to work closely with our team on real marketing campaigns, training programmes and business projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns
• Create social media content, simple videos and marketing materials
• Brainstorm content ideas, hooks and marketing campaigns
• Follow up and remind leads via WhatsApp / phone
• Support sales activities and customer enquiries
• Assist the trainer and team during classes, workshops and events
• Conduct simple marketing and competitor research 
• Explore and use AI and digital marketing tools
• Support other marketing projects as the company grow

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Can speak Mandarin, as you’ll be communicating with Chinese-speaking audiences, customers and students
• Is willing to learn and try new things
• Is responsible and takes ownership of their work
• Is friendly, positive and easy to work with
• Is comfortable communicating and talking to people
• Is open to feedback and willing to improve
• Can adapt to a fast-moving environment
• Is interested in marketing, social media, AI and business
• Is willing to accept new challenges instead of being afraid to try

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads or social media is a bonus, but you don’t need to know everything. We care more about your attitude, responsibility and willingness to learn.

Working Days:

• 5 working days per week
• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
• Hybrid working arrangement
• Some weeks may require additional working days when we have training, workshops or events
• Replacement off-days will be provided accordingly
