We are Pricecal Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based software company. We develop PriceCal, a cloud-based pricing automation software for the printing industry.

We will be exhibiting at FESPA Mexico 2026 / Expo Produccion Mexico 2026 (10–12 September 2026, Centro Banamex, Mexico City), and are looking for a vendor to handle design and printing for the following items.

ITEM 1: BOOTH WALL DESIGN

Booth size: 3m x 3m (9 sqm), shell scheme stand with 3 walls

Each wall: 3 panels combined as one seamless design

• Individual panel size: 96.5cm (W) x 239.5cm (H)

• Combined wall size: 289.5cm (W) x 239.5cm (H)

• Total: 3 walls = 9 panels

Additionally, 1 counter graphic:

• Size: 96.5cm (W) x 86.5cm (H)

The design should be visually engaging and professional, showcasing PriceCal's brand, product features, and value proposition. We will provide all written content, product screenshots, and brand assets. The designer is to handle layout, typography, and visual design.

Note: The physical printing and installation of the booth graphics will be handled by the exhibition's appointed contractor (EXPRO). You will need to provide the final print-ready files in PDF, AI, PSD, TIF, or high-quality JPEG format. These files must be delivered at least 3 weeks before the event (i.e. by 19 August 2026).

Deliverable: 3 seamless wall designs + 1 counter graphic, all as print-ready files.

ITEM 2: A5 BOOKLET — DESIGN 

Design:

• Format: A5 portrait (closed), 20 pages total (including cover)

• Content will cover: the origin and story of PriceCal, introduction to the platform and key features (including Printalogue online storefront, Proprietary Pricing Engine, and the 7 SC Tools), subscription plan options, company profile and contact details

• The design should be clean, professional, and visually engaging, with a mix of product screenshots, icons/graphics, and text. We will provide all written content and product screenshots. The designer is to handle layout, typography, and visual design.

Printing specifications:

• Type of binding: Saddle stitch booklet

• Booklet size: A5 portrait (closed)

• Cover material: Art card 260gsm

• Cover print colour: 4-colour (outer + inner)

• Content material: Art paper 128gsm

• Content print colour: 4-colour throughout

• Content pages: 16 printed pages (excluding cover)

• Lamination: Not required

Deliverable: Design files (print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks)

ITEM 3: A5 POSTCARD — DESIGN & PRINTING

Design:

• Format: A5 (148mm x 210mm), 2 pages (front and back)

• This is a brand awareness handout for distribution to exhibition visitors. Content will include: brief introduction to PriceCal, key value proposition, website link and QR code, contact details

• The design should be eye-catching and concise — a quick takeaway that encourages the visitor to learn more online.

Printing specifications:

• Material: Art card 260gsm

• Size: A5 (148mm x 210mm)

• Print colour: 4-colour both sides

• Lamination: Not required

• Scoring: Not required

• Cut shape: Standard rectangle

• Same design on every piece

• Quantity: 500 copies

Deliverable: Design files (print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks)
