About Niksmann Group

Niksmann Group is a Malaysian multi-brand operating company building and operating businesses that last currently Los Tacos (F&B), The Aircon Guys (home services), and Niksmann Hospitality (I-Nai Greenville micro resort, Janda Baik). We're a small, execution-led team no layers, no bureaucracy. You'll work directly with the founder across all three brands.

What you'll do

- Create content across all three brands photo, video, and copy

- Run social media execution: scheduling, posting, basic community management

- Shoot content on-site at Los Tacos (PJ), The Aircon Guys jobs (KL/PJ/Damansara), and I-NAI Greenville (Janda Baik)

- Write captions and copy matched to each brand's distinct voice

- Support micro-influencer outreach and coordination

- Track basic content performance (reach, engagement) and report what's working

What we're looking for

- Based in or able to commute within the Klang Valley

- Comfortable with a phone camera and basic editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar)

- Can write clean, on-brand copy without heavy hand-holding

- Organized can track tasks and deadlines without reminders

- Available for occasional on-site shoots (Los Tacos PJ, Janda Baik trips as needed)

- No portfolio required but a content sample helps
