We are a design-led interior design firm creating beautiful, functional spaces for residential and commercial clients. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented *In-House Videographer & Visual Content Producer* to plan, capture, and produce compelling visual content that showcases our interior design projects, expertise, and brand across social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
This role goes beyond filming—you'll be responsible for researching content ideas, developing storyboards, capturing high-quality visuals, and producing polished videos and photography that bring our projects to life.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and produce engaging visual content that showcases the company's interior design projects and brand.
- Research content trends and develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Capture high-quality videos and photographs at project sites, client locations, company events, and the office.
- Produce a variety of content including project showcases, before & after transformations, designer walkthroughs, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Edit videos and photographs with professional colour grading, audio enhancement, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and branding elements.
- Organise and maintain digital media assets and project files.
- Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, photography, video production, or visual content creation.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating videography, editing, and storytelling skills (interior design, architecture, real estate, or lifestyle content is an advantage).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, colour grading, and audio recording.
- Experience using professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and content formats across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, TheRedNote, and Lemon8.
- Self-motivated, creative, organised, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Willing to travel to project sites for filming and photography.
Portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
