Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the visual communication needs of our growing team. This role involves assisting in the creation of design assets across digital and print platforms, supporting events, and programmes. You will also work with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure design outputs are accurately produced and delivered. You will play a key role in bringing Rondo’s brand and stories to life through thoughtful and engaging visuals.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing visual assets for marketing materials, and digital platforms.
Support the development of key visuals for programmes, and announcements.
Adapt and resize existing designs across different formats and platforms.
Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Assist with basic motion graphics or video edits (if applicable).
Work closely with the team to translate ideas into visual outputs.
Support on-ground design needs during events (if required).
Manage and organise design files and assets.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Good communication skills and ability to take feedback.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in the arts, music, or creative industries is an advantage.
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a bonus.
Flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods.
