Job Scopes:

- Create advanced and compelling YouTube short-form and long-form videos efficiently with the support of AI tools.

- Use effective prompting techniques to guide AI tools and achieve the desired creative, visual, and production outcomes.

- Explore, test, and learn new AI tools, then apply them to improve video production workflows and support the team’s growth.

- Process, restructure, and repackage existing content into engaging videos with strong visual storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.

- Contribute to digital design tasks when needed, especially for video-related visuals, thumbnails, graphics, and supporting creative assets.

- Create advanced After Effects animation and motion graphics videos when required.

- Collaborate with the team to enhance content quality, improve production efficiency, and maintain a consistent creative standard across all video outputs.

Requirements:

- AI-fluent video editor
- Possess Adobe Premierre Pro, After Effects & other relevant softwares (Photoshop / Illustrator)

- Can read/write/speak Chinese

- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment 
- Easy to work with, cooperative, and a true team player who is willing to support and collaborate with others

- Possess visual storytelling quality, someone who is capable of processing a content and packaging it into an compelling video

- Able to work remotely

- Highly responsible & self-driven
- Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

- Able to manage time and resources efficiently

- Able to work with people from other countries

- Able to work closely with the Marketing Team to turn visualized ideas into expected results

- Able to take in feedbacks and amend accordingly to deliver high quality results

- Able to meet high standard expectation

- Detailed and patient

- Possess investing knowledge is a big plus!

- Possess YouTube video marketing is a plus too
