After a long time in the making, the studio is finally ready to launch, and we are officially kicking things off.

I’m the founder of multiple companies, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned from running businesses that people actually love to stay at, it’s exactly what makes a team good, happy, and fulfilled. I don’t do corporate bullshit. I protect my team, I invest in my people, and I understand what real workplace culture looks like.

Now, I’m building a brand new media studio from the ground up, and I want to surround myself with hungry Interns and young, fresh Graduates who want to push boundaries and build a fast, disruptive company with me.

If you want a cozy, predictable 9-to-5 where you hide behind a desk, this isn’t for you. But if you want to join a kickstarting team where your work actually matters, you will be rewarded in more ways than one.

We are locking in our core squad in Selangor/KL for these roles:

1️⃣ Video Editors (Interns & Fresh Grads)

• The Vibe: You live and breathe internet culture, pacing, and storytelling. I need people who can take raw footage and cut it into high-retention YouTube episodes and snappy vertical clips that pull people in.

• The Tools: Premier Pro, DaVinci, or Final Cut.

• What matters to me: Show me you understand timing, audio, and visual hooks.

2️⃣ Videographers / Content Shooters (Interns & Fresh Grads)

• The Vibe: You love being behind the camera and running the set. You'll be on the move with me—shooting on-location restaurant investigations, fast-paced street content, and studio setups.

• What matters to me: You need to be fast, highly adaptive, great at working with people to get natural reactions, and obsessed with capturing crisp, clean audio.

3️⃣ Marketing & Ads Specialist (Interns & Fresh Grads)

• The Vibe: You want to master the science behind the views. You’ll be handling our multi-platform distribution (YouTube, TikTok, Reels), running targeted ad campaigns, and deep-diving into analytics to help us scale.

• What matters to me: You understand platform algorithms, SEO, and how to convert a viral short into a loyal follower.
