- work hand-in-hand with Paid Media Director to turn strategies into high-performing campaigns across META, Google, LinkedIn, and other major platforms. If you live and breathe campaign setups, custom conversions, pacing sheets, and performance optimization
Jobscope:
• Campaign Setup & Execution: Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy in targeting, creatives, and tracking links.
• Monitoring & Pacing: Conduct daily checks on campaign delivery, budget pacing, and KPI performance to ensure accounts are spending efficiently and hitting targets. • Optimization: Proactively optimize bids, audiences, ad creatives, and landing page allocations to maximize ROI/ROAS.
• Tracking & Analytics: Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels, custom conversions, and UTM parameters (experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 is a plus).
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, translating raw data into actionable insights for the Paid Media Director and broader team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, analytics, and influencer teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and align with campaign goals.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
• Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing substantial budgets on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of digital tracking, attribution models, and ad verification tools.
