A well-established property developer is looking for a tech-savvy and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join their Growth & Intelligence team.

Job Scopes:

• Utilize Generative AI tools to create marketing assets such as: social media visuals, videos, digital content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Research and implement AI automation workflows to improve marketing efficiency
• Execute digital campaigns from ideation to post-production
• Monitor social media trends and explore emerging AI technologies
• Optimize content performance based on platform algorithms and audience engagement
• Support overall digital growth and online brand presence

Requirements:

1. 1–2 years experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / related field

2. Familiar with Generative AI tools such as: Midjourney, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools

3. Knowledge in social media strategy and audience growth

4. Skilled in editing tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut

5. Creative, analytical, and proactive mindset

6. Basic photography / videography skill is a plus point
