Why Join Us

What You'll Do

• Assist in designing and improving course content and materials
• Create AI creative workflows and videos commercials
• Build AI-powered operations workflows that become the backbone of how we operate
• Facilitate sessions on-site during training days, supporting the lead instructor and assisting students hands-on
• Plan and coordinate upcoming events, workshops, and public courses
• Take ownership of processes and find better AI-powered ways to get things done

Who We're Looking For

• You have experience in design, marketing, or branding
• You don't need a technical background, but you must be excited about AI and willing to learn new tools quickly
• You're highly organised and pay attention to detail
• You can work independently without constant supervision. You'd rather figure it out than wait to be told.
• You communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• You're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. You'll work from home on regular days. On training and event days, you'll be required on-site to facilitate.

Compensation

• Base salary: RM 3,500 to RM 6,000 per month (based on portfolio strength and experience)
