About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Brand Design Team based in Seremban. This is a full-time, remote-first position, reporting to the Group Head of Brand Design.

While the role has a strong focus on packaging design, you will also work across a broad range of creative projects, including brand campaigns, product visuals, print collateral, and digital assets. 

You’ll be responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality creative output across print and digital projects that support our global business and align with our brand strategy.

Working to a monthly orders plan, this role requires a highly organised, hands-on designer who can take projects from concept through to completion — from ideation to final print-ready artwork. You will manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.

You will be managing multiple packaging projects at once, delivering outstanding results in line with critical path timelines.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can think critically, solve problems efficiently, and communicate effectively within a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute creative design projects from concept to final artwork across packaging, print, and digital.
• Develop packaging design, cutter guides, and visual assets aligned with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Malaysia and across the Global Group to deliver on creative briefs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines within established critical paths.
• Review and proof artwork and print proofs to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Uphold and evolve brand guidelines across all materials.
• Provide creative input and direction for campaigns, presentations, and product launches.
• Communicate proactively within a remote, cross-time zone environment.

Skills & Experience Required

• Fully proficient working on an Apple Mac platform.
• Expert-level competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong experience in packaging design including creating accurate cutter guides.
• Proven experience across multiple design disciplines (print, digital, brand, and marketing assets) with a strong understanding of RGB and CMYK colour formats and their application across digital and print.
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• Basic knowledge of motion design (Adobe After Effects) is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong conceptual thinking, layout, styles, typography, and art direction skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Experience in proofing print artwork and print proofs.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and perform under pressure.
• Flexibility to collaborate across UK and Malaysia time zones. 
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection required. 

Desirable Extras

• Experience working with or liaising with Far East factories and suppliers.
• Experience in multilingual packaging or global brand projects.
• Proficiency in motion design (Adobe After Effects or similar).
• Experience with Chinese e-commerce platforms is a plus.
