Content Producer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Social Media Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for the brand – taking ideas from rough concepts to high performing post. This is a role where you’ll be involved in everything from the first brainstorm to the final edit.

What You’ll Do

Create End-to-End: Concept, film and edit high quality images, long and short form video content for social media.
Social Media Management: Post and schedule content on respective channels based on the calendar, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Trent-Hunt: Staying ahead of the curve by spotting new formats, trends and platforms to bring in viralness and engagement in the targeted market audience.
Platform Mastery: Tailor content specifically for each platform’s unique audience and technical specs.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal team to refine ideas and ensure consistent “cosy” brand voice.
Monitoring: Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Design or related field.
2-3 years of experience in managing and producing contents (Agency or In-house)
Technical Pro: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and CapCut)
Speed & Agility: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and still be able to produce quality outputs.
Equipment Wizard: Eye for visually appealing content (photography/video shooting) and editing (camera/mobile)
Strong understanding of social media, creativity, algorithms and digital trends.
Good copywriting skills with an understanding of tone, storytelling and audience engagement.
