Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in interior design is essential.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating technical drawings and 3D models is mandatory.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and team members is necessary.

• Strong spatial awareness and understanding of layout design principles are crucial.

• Solid knowledge of color theory and its application in interior design is necessary.

• Experience in preparing design documentation (furniture layouts, lighting plans, material boards) to support project execution.

• Familiarity with 3D Max, Vray and Adobe Photoshop for creating high-quality renderings and presentations is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively is added advantage.

• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present innovative interior design concepts, incorporating spatial planning, color palettes, and material selections that align with client objectives and the company's design philosophy.

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, 3D models using Vray and 3D Max, and comprehensive design documentation, including furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.

• Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses, negotiating with suppliers, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining design integrity and quality.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, addressing design challenges, coordinating installations, and maintaining open communication throughout the project life-cycle.

• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that the design is being implemented according to specifications and client expectations.

• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create compelling visual presentations and renderings that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the aesthetic and functional aspects of the proposed designs.

  Deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design ideas, concepts, and project proposals.

• Source and select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that meet the design requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines, ensuring quality and compliance with relevant safety standards.

• Maintain a strong understanding of current interior design trends, materials, and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge through professional development activities.
