We are looking for a talented and passionate Web Developer to join our team and help us build and maintain our website to drive growth.

Job Scopes

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate concepts into functional and engaging web pages, while also being able to independently implementing web pages with existing reference when required.
• Optimize website performance, speed, SEO and GEO readiness.
• Implement tracking tools and analytics to measure conversions and user behavior.
• Provide real-time problem-solving support for urgent technical or performance issues.
• Create and implement advanced web effects/animations to deliver smooth, modern, and interactive user experiences — not just functional but visually impressive.
• Research and integrate third-party platforms, APIs, and tools into the website to enhance web functionality and workflows.
• Develop and implement custom integrations with external platforms and automation tools to optimize website operations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Highly experienced with WordPress CMS platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with website optimization, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Ability to build advanced effects/animations using libraries or frameworks (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory.
• Highly adaptable and a proactive learner, able to quickly adjust to changing priorities, technologies, and best practices, and continuously improve websites in line with evolving requirements.
• Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Open to collaboration, with a willingness to share knowledge / experience and discuss ideas with the team.

• Preferably a freelance web developer or an individual with high availability, capable of accommodating dynamic and ongoing project needs.
