• Job responsibility:
• 1. Design static ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns
• 2. Produce simple animated ads (GIF / short MP4 / basic After Eff­ects motion)
• 3. Adapt creatives into di­fferent sizes and formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, banners, etc.)
• 4. Support A/B testing by creating multiple creative variations
• 5. Work closely with the marketing and media buying team to develop campaign visuals
• 6. Ensure creatives meet platform requirements and advertising guidelines
• 7. Maintain brand consistency while adapting to di­fferent campaign objectives
• 8. Stay updated on digital advertising trends and creative best practices

Requirement:

• 1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 2. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• 3. Basic knowledge of After Eff­ects or motion design is preferred
• 4. Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• 5. Willingness to learn about performance marketing and data-driven creative
• 6. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• 7. Portfolio showcasing design work (static or animated) is required
• 8. Experience creating social media or paid advertising creatives
• 9. Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads formats
• 10. Minimum 2 years of working experience in creative designer industry
• 11. Fresh graduates are welcome
