Job Description

We are looking for a visionary In-House Creative as we continue to expand our brand. This role is ideal for a trend-aware individual with a sharp eye for storytelling, luxury branding, and digital engagement. You will play a key role in shaping Calisto’s visual identity. You will work directly with the leadership team to turn footfall into a loyal digital community. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires high initiative, ownership, and strong creative judgment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Stewardship: Own and maintain Calisto’s brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all retail outlets and digital touchpoints.

  • Content Strategy: Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with new collection launches, store openings, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Creative Campaign Leadership: Ideate and lead creative campaigns from concept to execution—from luxury "Trunk Show" promos to health-focused "Vision Care" awareness.

  • Multimedia Production: Create, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts) that highlights both eyewear fashion and clinical expertise.

  • Trend Adaptation: Stay at the forefront of social media trends and adapt them to suit a premium eyewear brand without compromising brand prestige.

  • Digital Marketing Visuals: Design and oversee weekly EDMs, website banners, and ZALORA-partnered campaign visuals.

  • Omnichannel Synergy: Create content that drives "Online-to-Offline" (O2O) journeys, encouraging digital followers to visit physical stores for eye exams.

  • Team Coordination: Manage and lead junior designers, interns, or external contributors to ensure quality control across all deliverables.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder and HQ team to align creative direction with business growth goals.


Job Requirements:

  • Aesthetic Excellence: A strong eye for luxury aesthetics, fashion branding, and visual storytelling.

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in creative, content, branding, or social media roles (Retail or Fashion experience is a major plus).

  • Technical Proficiency: Confident in videography, photography, and mobile editing. Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), Canva, and CapCut.

  • Platform Expert: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook algorithms and content trends in the Malaysian market.

  • Proactive Mindset: Able to work independently and manage multiple projects across different store clusters (KL, Selangor, and regional).

  • Strategic Thinker: Organized, reliable, and able to translate business sales targets into engaging creative content.

  • Passion: A genuine interest in eyewear fashion, lifestyle branding, and the intersection of technology and wellness.
