Summary

We are looking for a reliable and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in producing a range of promotional materials for our creative studio businesses.

You will be helping to design flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and promotional materials for both digital and print.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working with lifestyle, family, and creative brands.

About Us:
We operate two creative brands in Singapore:
1. A family and baby photography studio (with 2 brands) capturing maternity, newborn, and family milestones.
2. A creative art jamming studio offering art experiences, team bonding activities, and events.

Our marketing involves both consumer promotions and partnerships with businesses such as gynaecologists, prenatal spas, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
Design marketing and promotional materials including:
- Flyers and promotional posters
- Brochures for partner locations (e.g. gynaecologist clinics, prenatal spas)
- Social media promotional graphics
- Event posters and sales materials
- Simple marketing collaterals such as referral cards or promotional inserts

You may also help to:
- Adapt existing designs into different formats
- Maintain visual consistency across our brands
- Prepare files for both digital and print

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in graphic design for marketing materials
- Is proficient in Photoshop, especially Canva
- Has a good sense of layout, typography, and colour
- Can work independently and deliver designs on time
- Is comfortable making quick revisions based on feedback

Bonus if you have experience designing for:
Lifestyle brands
Family / baby related businesses
Event or experiential brands

Scope of Work
Up to 12 design tasks per month
Includes brochures, flyers, and promotional graphics
Work will be assigned in batches

Contract Terms
Freelance contract (2 months for now)
