As a Senior / Mid Multimedia Designer, you are the bridge between strategy and execution. You will produce high-performing digital ads, video content, social media visuals, landing page and others while playing a key leadership role in the creative department.
You will work closely with creative strategists, media buyers and content creators to translate briefs into winning assets. In addition, you will guide and support junior designers, helping maintain design quality and workflow efficiency within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & AI Integration
Design engaging creatives for paid ads, social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
Translate creative briefs into compelling visual designs with a strong focus on visual hierarchy and messaging clarity.
AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, or Equivalent) to generate high-quality assets, extend backgrounds, or create unique design elements.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Video Production & AI Content Creation
Shoot and edit video content using smartphone, DSLR, or mirrorless camera.
Produce short-form videos for social media (Reels/TikTok), ads and marketing campaign with high-retention hooks.
Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent, incorporating AI-assisted captions and effects.
Owned end to end video production
Generative Video: Leverage AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, or AI-upscalers) to generate B-roll, enhance footage, or create motion effects where traditional assets are missing.
Creative Leadership & Quality Control
Guide & Mentor: Review and guide junior designers’ work
Provide constructive feedback to improve design execution and technical skills.
Help coordinate design workload and maintain organized asset libraries (including AI prompt libraries).
Collaboration with Marketing Team
Work closely with creative strategists, media buyers and content creators to execute campaign creatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for ad concepts, using AI to quickly prototype visual ideas.
Revise and refine creatives based on feedback and campaign needs
Ensure creatives align with campaign objectives and marketing messages
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
2–5 years experience in multimedia design, graphic design or video editing.
Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and CapCut.
AI Tooling: Demonstrated experience using AI platforms for image generation, video generation, generative fill, or video enhancement.
Leadership: Positive attitude and a willingness to lead and support junior designers.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience creating social media content and digital marketing creatives.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and marketing communication.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok campaigns.
Familiarity with Figma or landing page layout design.
Strong prompt engineering skills for creative AI tools.
Previous experience working in a marketing agency environment.
Month 1-3: Seamlessly taking over campaign creative execution and establishing a feedback loop with junior designers.
Month 6: Leading the creative output for major client accounts and seeing a measurable improvement in the team's design speed and quality.
