Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality visual assets for campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and in-store branding that align with 20dB’s brand identity.
Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling stories that drive engagement and conversion.
Manage end-to-end design execution, including layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy across multiple formats.
Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, retail, and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent brand expression.
Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or Adobe Firefly to accelerate ideation and asset generation while maintaining creative integrity.
Support product and campaign launches with strong visuals, key visuals (KVs), and supporting collaterals.
Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual system, ensuring consistency across touchpoints (social, retail, CRM, digital).
Manage asset libraries and ensure all design files are organised, archived, and production-ready.
