Job Vacancy: Interior Designer (Commercial office)

We’re looking for an independent and self-motivated Interior Designer to join our team for commercial interior renovation projects.

Basic salary: SGD$3.5K - $4.0K

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop space planning and design concepts tailored to client needs

• Specify materials, colour schemes, and finishes

• Evaluate materials, effects, and project costs

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

• Track and coordinate the progress of projects from inception to completion

Requirements:

• Certification or Diploma in Interior Design

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial OFFICE interior renovation

• Strong ability to work independently

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking associates)

• Proficient in SketchUp and other interior design software
