Role Description

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality. Align with Art Director and team's brief.
• Work with Art Director for Key Visual ideation and concept.
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
• Apply typography techniques. Be proficient in logo design.
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
• Increase user friendliness in digital products with UIUX application.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

Requirements

• At least 5 years proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or a similar role.
• Portfolio of original completed design projects.
• Hands-on experience with design and image editing software, like Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom.
• Experience with print materials.
• Strong experience with UIUX projects.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts.
• Attention to visual details.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
