At Nova, we turn complex business and sustainability stories into clear, beautiful and impactful reports for leading brands across ASEAN. We’re looking for a Contract Graphic Designer to support our reporting season and key client projects.

What you’ll do

• Design and layout corporate, annual and sustainability reports (for both print and online versions).
• Translate content and data into clean, readable and impactful layouts.
• Work closely with writers, client servicing and senior designers to ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare print-ready files and support digital adaptations (PDF, web-ready assets, etc.).
• Support the development of infographics, icons and simple data visualisations.
• Assist with other design needs such as presentations, event or campaign materials, when required.

What we’re looking for

• Designers with publication experience above 1 year are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential), plus Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience or strong interest in publication / editorial layout is a big advantage.
• A portfolio that shows good typography, layout sense and attention to detail.
• Curious and open to learning, including exploring new design trends and AI tools in your creative process.
• A collaborative team player who is adaptable and can work under deadlines.
• Comfortable working on structured, content-heavy design (less “artsy poster”, more “clean, corporate layout”).

Contract & work arrangement

• This is a short-term contract role (approximately 3–6 months), aligned with our reporting and project cycle.
• You will be required to work on a hybrid arrangement – onsite at our studio and work from home, subject to the studio’s schedule and project needs.
• Contract duration and detailed work schedule will be discussed during the interview.
