Job Description
• Content Creation: Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, and reels) across. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and LinkedIn to promote our residential, commercial and industrial projects.
• Creative Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that highlight lifestyle, community, and brand values—turning everyday moments into captivating stories that connect with our audience.
• Video & Visual Production: Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos (property walk-throughs, event highlights, testimonials, etc.) optimized for social media.
• Campaign Ideation: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that increase engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation.
• Community Engagement: Manage comments, messages, and community interactions on social platforms to maintain strong relationships with followers and prospects.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and influencer collaborations to keep our brand presence dynamic and relevant.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze post and campaign performance; provide insights to improve content strategy and audience engagement.
• Event Coverage: Capture behind-the-scenes moments and live updates during property launches, expos, and corporate events.
• Assist in Event Coordination: Coordinate and implement marketing activities, including promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions.
Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, and other external parties/vendors for marketing/advertising-related services/matters and ensure quality and timely delivery.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in property, lifestyle, or branding industries.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.
• Strong storytelling and visual sense with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Familiar with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Passionate, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a dynamic marketing team.
