🎨 Senior Designer Wanted (Marketing-Focused)

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who goes beyond just making things look good — someone who understands marketing funnels and can design visuals that convert.

🔍 You’ll Fit If You Can:

• Translate marketing strategy and data into strong creative rationale

• Design visuals that match every stage of the funnel (awareness → conversion)

• Craft content and key visuals that communicate the right message to the right audience

• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to test, iterate, and optimize creatives

💡 Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in creative / digital design (agency or brand side)

• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and consumer psychology

• Able to explain why a design works (not just make it pretty)

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma

• (Bonus) Experience creating ads for Meta, Google, or TikTok campaigns
