On any given day, you will

  • Act as the primary point of contact, building and strengthening key client relationships through trusted partnership and exceptional delivery.

  • Serve as the central hub for projects, guiding multidisciplinary teams and collaborating daily with strategy, creative, media, and tech to ensure work is on brief, on time, and on budget.

  • Manage all project-level financials, including developing achievable budgets, authoring SOWs, and tracking project health to ensure financial success.

  • Translate client objectives into clear, insightful creative briefs and contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth within your accounts and partner with senior leadership to develop and present new proposals.

  • Maintain project momentum by managing tasks, tracking issues, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with both clients and internal teams.

  • Guide and mentor Client Engagement Executives and Client Engagement Associates, fostering a culture of accountability and helping the team solve problems effectively.

You bring

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a digital or integrated agency environment, managing client accounts.

  • A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects and work streams in a fast-paced creative environment.

  • Strong experience in authoring SOWs, managing project budgets, and tracking financials.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in one of the following areas: 
    • Digital/Advertising and Public Relations
    • Communications 
    • Marketing
    • Business Administration
    • Project Management
