Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Client Engagement Executive at Monster Interactive:

On any given day, you will:

  • Act as the key, day-to-day agency representative, building trust and managing communications for our clients.

  • Manage all client operations, including leading face-to-face meetings, handling calls, writing detailed meeting recaps, and ensuring diligent follow-ups to keep projects moving.

  • Oversee the daily execution of tactical plans to accomplish our client's marketing objectives.

  • Handle financial management for your accounts, including preparing and reviewing invoices, addressing client billing inquiries, and ensuring timely payment processing.

  • Develop sharp, insightful creative briefs that meet both agency and client standards.

  • Collaborate closely with our creative, tech, interactive, and media departments to communicate strategy, review concepts, and develop compelling client presentations.

  • Contribute to the client planning process, including situation analysis, brand planning, and marketing media plan development.

  • Has a strong, practical knowledge of advertising, marketing, and media principles.

  • Exhibits a genuine passion for digital marketing and the entire creative process.

  • Uses an analytical approach to solve complex interactive problems.

  • Proactively identifies new client opportunities and can act as a liaison to pitch those opportunities.

You bring 

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in one of the following areas: 
    • Digital/Advertising and Public Relations
    • Communications 
    • Marketing
    • Business Administration
    • Project Management

  • Exposure to or experience with various project types, including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting.

  • Proficiency in fundamental MS Office software.
