Here’s what you should know if you want to be an AI Content Designer at Monster Interactive:

On any given day, you will

  • Craft compelling, brand-right content across landing pages, video scripts, social, and email, using AI tools to accelerate ideation and versioning.
  • Write, test, and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to generate on-brand creative, expertly guiding the model's tone, style, and output. 
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud Pro to perform necessary video or image edits on AI-generated assets, refining them to meet final campaign and brand standards. 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including strategists, designers, and tech engineers—to bring intelligent, channel-appropriate concepts to life. 
  • Support high-velocity creative campaigns, product launches, and performance marketing efforts with rapid prototyping and execution
  • Work within and help evolve our AI content workflows and in-house platform, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and documenting best practices. 
  • Use performance data and feedback loops to rapidly iterate and improve AI-generated content. 
  • Apply rigorous editorial standards to all deliverables, ensuring every piece of content, whether human- or machine-generated, meets the highest bar for quality and brand voice. 

The ideal person

  • Possesses strong editorial craft, with exceptional writing, editing, and structuring skills.
  • Is fluent in AI, with a genuine comfort crafting prompts, reviewing model outputs, and working with advanced generative tools. 
  • Is a proactive communicator and thoughtful collaborator who thrives in fast-moving environments alongside designers, producers, and client stakeholders. 
  • Is curious, nimble, and comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed experimentation. 
  • Has a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional storytelling, technical capability, and editorial clarity 

You bring 

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your storytelling, editorial skills, and creative potential (from internships, academic projects, or personal work). 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, particularly for video and image editing. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in one of the following areas: 
    • Digital/Advertising  
    • Communications 
    • Marketing 
    • Design 
    • Journalism 
  • A clear passion for the AI space and a drive for ongoing learning. (Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, BytePlus, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway is a major plus.)
